This is a translation for convenience. The Polish version of this policy is binding.
This policy describes what information the tekieli.pl website stores on or reads from your device, what external content it may show and how you can manage your consent. It supplements our Privacy policy. The rules below follow from Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 and from the GDPR.
In short
- The website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We do not measure traffic or show ads.
- We only store what is necessary in your browser: your consent decision and, if you choose one with the flags, your language.
- The Google map on the contact page is shown only after you consent. Without consent no data is sent to Google.
- Fonts and images are loaded from our own domain, not from external servers.
- You can change your decision at any time in the “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. The browser’s local storage plays a similar role and lets a website keep simple settings. Both allow a website to remember information between visits. They do not change the configuration of your device or the software installed on it.
Necessary mechanisms
The items below are required for the website to work as you chose. Under Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law they do not require consent.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
consent |
browser local storage | remembering your consent decision so we do not ask on every visit | 12 months, then we ask again |
lang |
browser local storage | remembering the language chosen with the flags, so the home page opens in that language; stored only after you click a flag | 12 months |
__cf_bm |
Cloudflare cookie | protecting the website against automated traffic (bots); set only when bot protection is active, not used for advertising tracking | up to 30 minutes of inactivity |
Local storage entries stay on your device and are not sent to us.
External content that requires consent
| Service | Provider | Purpose | What happens after consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Maps | Google Ireland Limited | showing the directions map on the contact page | your browser connects to Google servers, which may set and read their own cookies and receive your IP address |
The map is shown on the basis of your consent (Article 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give consent in the consent window or with the “Show Google map” button in place of the map. Refusing does not limit your use of the website: instead of the map you can use the “Get directions” button, which opens Google Maps in a new tab. Details about Google cookies are in Google’s information about technologies, and you can manage your Google account settings at g.co/privacytools.
Links to other websites
The link to our Facebook profile and the “Get directions” button lead to external services. Once you go there, their own cookie rules apply.
How to change or withdraw consent
You can open the “Cookie settings” in the website footer at any time and change your decision. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of showing the map before the withdrawal.
You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings or block them. After you delete the tekieli.pl site data, the website will ask for consent again and will no longer remember your chosen language. Blocking all cookies may make some websites harder to use.
Instructions for the most popular browsers:
Browser settings must be changed separately on each device and in each browser you use.
